We needed a repairman to come take a look at our front loader washer. I started calling all of our local (Paducah area) appliance repair companies and Purchase Appliances was the only one that answered! They are so nice and friendly, they genuinely care and work with you which is just amazing! Repairman came next day to install the part and the charges were super reasonable / affordable. They couldn't fix the washer's issue but came and picked it up for free so I wouldn't have to pay haul away fee for new washer I ordered from Lowe's. I will definitely continue to use them for any future appliance repair needs and will shop their other appliances they have in their store! Great company and great people!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

These are great people to do business with- they have helped me several times and always go above and beyond. They helped me get a new refrigerator for an apartment I rent out when the refrigerator went bad. It was very last minute and they were able to get me something that worked for my tenant within a day. They always help me any time I need a repairman as well. Their prices are fantastic. We are lucky to have them here in Paducah. Highly recommend!
